Fundamental Training
Uncommon Sense: In this course, we assess how well employees carry out your company policies through detailed pre-assessments, class training
(employing actual cases, re-enactments, and related/ possible scenarios).
Together, we explore alternative means of communicating by utilizing a variety of listings skills and good sense fundamentals as our yard stick.
Customer Service: The employment of deployment is the backbone of this training.
Through the utilization of appropriate, de-escalating and grammatically effective language, we role-play the easiest to the most difficult potential scenarios toward the creation of a Win-Win outcome.
